Flute Rolls are minutely finished and mounted on spherical Roller Bearings, to give perfect impression on board. The setting of flute roll is from one side only. A Motor is fitted to keep the Gum Rolls Rotation for agitation of gum while the gum unit is disengaged from the flute rolls. A steam shower is provided for perfect formation of the flutes. Motorized self loading reel stand is additionally provided with machine. The machine is proved with centralized lubrication system.
